We love this wildflower (also commonly known as Lady's Smock) and it is an important early nectar source and caterpillar food plant for the delightful Orange Tip butterfly. When not in flower it can be mistaken for some common weeds, but once it reveals itself it is a classy plant with perfect pastel pink flowers. Does not like dry conditions - this is a plant of damp grassland, verges, hedge-bottoms, and flood plains. Also pops up a lot in Churchyards.
