OUR WILDFLOWER OF THE MONTH - MARCH

We adore our native tulip - Tulipa Sylvestris

This stunning woodland/hedge bottom bulb is increasingly rare in the wild. It is native, and the ancestor of many of our commercial varieties.

It flowers from the end of March, through to the start of May. Suitable for under trees, and borders / pots / containers and against a wall.

It will give you flowers before most other wildflowers. It can be a little hesitant to flower in year 1 (but you should get some flowers), but will spread and give you a show each Spring if you plant some of our bulbs-in-the-green.

See our SHOP - it's available from the end of February.
